Shaded by large trees, cool all the time. Neighborhood Description Relatively quiet....most people own thier homes. Older neighborhood in terms of building...(ie concrete block)...however, most people keep thier homes up to date. Lots of churches in neighborhood. Also, lots of parks/play fields around. We also have the Mountlake Terrace Pavilion...which is highly rated for swimming/and other activities.
