We offer free Wi-fi, free breakfast, coffee and free room cleaning services once a week. We are a 100% smoke free property (smoking is allowed outside) and no pets are allowed. Max occupancy is 2 people per a room and we do not offer any kitchenette's. Every room does have a microwave and refrigerator. We are conveniently located in east central Austin close to major hwy 183. Parking is available on-site. Please call for more details and for a tour. Please call and ask for Dhruv (Drew) to inquire. This is a month-to-month lease. There is no required contract and weekly stays can also be requested. The only minimum stay is 7 nights. All tenants are subject to pre-approval and this is a first come-first serve basis.
