This place is super cute. I used to live in it and kept it in great condition. The second bedroom is very small and is better for an office or large closet. The basement is nice and provides additional living space. The place has a huge shared yard. There is a 250 non refundable pet deposit and it is 15$ extra a month for a pet. We pay for sewer and trash. Renter is responsible for electric and gas.
