The neighborhood is about 10 minutes from the city. The complex is thorough and timely with repairs. The monthly rent is $1,125. Additional monthly fees include $26 trash pick-up, $2 pest control fee (they treat the interior and exterior), and water which runs about $40-45. Also, pets are allowed but are an additional fee. (The current monthly rent for new tenants for the 3-bedroom townhomes ranges from $1,265 to $1,329.) Tenant pays for trash ($26/month), pest fee ($2/month) and water (about $45/month) with monthly rent. Tenant responsible for electricity bill. Complex repairs all appliances, etc. (timely and thorough).
