Very well insulated: R28 in ceiling, R22 in floors. Our electric bill has yet to hit 200$ in the two years we've had this home. All electric. We also have DSL for our computer, which isn't available a mile up the road from us. Perfect water, no rust or sulphur smell, no filters on water! New Septic system in 2005 Neighborhood Description We have wonderful neighbors and live in a fairly rural area. We have never had anything stolen from our property. The schools are all A schools. Many people from a neighboring county are looking at homes here because of the schools.
