My partner and I are looking to rent out a room in our condo. We are gay friendly and would like the renter to be gay friendly as well. The condo is located 11 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth and 35 minutes to Downtown Dallas. There is a bus stop right next to the condo. The room is 132 square feet and has new flooring. Currently, we are waiting for sliding doors for the closet that match the new flooring. The renter may have up to three guest in the living room at a time. The kitchen will have an area to store the renters food and other supplies. A little about us- We are a gay couple. One of us id from Arlington and the other is from New Orleans. We are big nerds and like to play board games. One of us does smoke cigarettes from time to time so our patio is open. If you have a pet, it must be hypoallergenic due to one of us being allergic to animals that sheds. We keep to ourselves most of the time are mostly home bodies with the exception of work. We ask that a potential roommate not be loud at night if they are a normal night owl. Due to our OCD tendencies, we would want a roommate whom does keep everything clean.
