Homestead Hollow is a small development built by builder who still lives locally. There are 13 home on two streets each of which end in a cul-de-sac (no through streets), with many large mature trees. There are occasional neighborhood activities that bring the homeowners out such as community yard sales, block parties, and progressive dinners. There is no homeowner's association. ABout half of the families have children still living in the neighborhood.
