This mobile home is in great condition, and all the appliances work and are in great condition. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and also another fold out bed in the living room. There is a full bath in the rv in perfect condition. Heating and cooling is working, and there is a full kitchen working perfectly. We are doing month to month rental lease, but tenants can stay as long as they want. We just don't want to do long term leases. There is space for two cars next tot he rv, and we have off site parking too. Smoking is not aloud in the rv.
