Six months remaining starting October 1st, 2021 through March 31, 2022 (there maybe flexibility to extend this to a year with the Landlords permission). This is an amazing location, close to Fremont and Ballard! It is a top floor unit (one of four), with really wonderful/chill neighbors. One bedroom of a two bedroom unit with a large living/dinning area and a wider galley style kitchen (see pictures). I'm leaving behind my apartment mate Jody and his awesome dog Rexton (if you have allergies this probably isn't the place for you). Jody is a full time student and an all around good guy and a great flat mate: clean, respectful, communicative and inclusive. His dog Rexton is also one of the sweetest most mild mannered dogs I've ever met, and living here gave me all the benefits of dog ownership with none of the responsibilities.
