Hi there, We are looking for someone to either take over our lease starting 10/10/19 and ends 4/30/2020 or start a whole new lease in our apartment. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It has in unit washer and dryer, in building storage, and two parking spots, one in the garage and one outside. The apartment is very modern since it less than two years old. We are the first and only tenants in the apartment. The apartment community has a lot of great additions. We are hitting the end of the swimming season, but it has a really nice pool. There is an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. There is an awesome gym in the main building, as well as a community room with a huge tv. The apartment is pet friendly, but it is a $30 per pet addition to rent. There is a $25 application fee, but I will pay you back for that if you are interested. Since we would be leaving at the beginning of October, we will pay that whole months rent as well. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and water
