hello! we have lived in this complex for a year now. we are selling our current contract that runs Oct 2015- May 2016.We are willing for the right person to move the end of September if need be. We have lived in 2 different apartments in this fourplex! this apartment was just renovated in May 2015. Completely gutted and redone with brand new hardwood floors, new kitchen, brand new appliance and dishwasher, new windows, new bathroom, new tile and fixtures throughout. It's 875 square feet and has a very open a well lighted floor plan. Very good residential neighborhood close to everything! 5 minutes from LDSBC, 10 minutes from the U of U.. 5 minutes drive to the Gateway and other downtown locations, as well as within walking distance to Trax and Front Runner- close walk to multiple parks and bike trails. This is a fully secure fourplex with private parking in the back and cameras for extra security. The AC and heating works great and it's PET FRIENDLY, with 25$ per month pet rent- so much better than any other place we looked. Utilities run around 100$ total for gas, internet and electric no matter the season. Although it is right off the freeway, you cannot hear any noise from traffic. The Landlord Nikola is incredibly friendly, understanding and involved with the property. I honestly am really sad to move- but we want to be closer to our families.
