The roof is unsafe and in very poor shape. It will need to be completely replaced including rafters, sheathing and shingles. It is not safe for anyone to go on or to walk on. There is also a small bluestone patio, storage shed and a covered deck to the side of the rear yard. An easy walk to Main St. where you'll find a number of eateries, the Big Cheese, Rosendale Theater, shops, Farmer's Market, rail trail and so much more. Just minutes to the bus station on Rte. 32, with New Paltz and I-87 a short drive for easy commute!
