The house has two bedrooms on the main floor plus finished basement with a third room. One bath upstairs and a laundry room in basement. Looking for someone cool, clean/tidy and not living paycheck-to-paycheck. If you work mornings you can use the garage when it's cold or snowy. Normal background/credit/employment/eviction check after meeting, and security deposit. Fiber internet. No pets. I pay all utilities.
