House was repainted summer, 2012. There is a very productive vegetable garden in the back yard (see early draft of the garden plan (2013)in pictures), and a beautiful natural flower garden in the front. The Patio roof was built in 2009 and the grilling prep counter soon followed. Neighborhood Description The house is a half mile from Woodstock Park, 2 miles from Mt. Tabor, a mile from the Woodstock business district. Tri-Met bus lines are very convenient, and a bus downtown takes about 30 minutes. Though only a block off Holgate, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our neighbors are great, mostly couples in their 30's/40's with kids and/or pets.
