I am looking for someone to take over the lease this June. The lease ends September 24th. The month of June is already paid and I would like to offer to pay the month of July; therefore those who would enjoy a summer rental would only have to pay two months. Considering the high cost of vacation prices for a simple week or two are equal, if not more than this rent cost; I think this is a hell of an opportunity for anyone looking to have easy access to the beach and the mayfair shopping district. The community is wonderful! The amenities are second to none (pool, free parking anywhere, free car wash etc.). I will be traveling out of Wilmington, up to New Jersey in two weeks time and would like to sublet the apartment as soon as possible.
