We have an opening in our AMAZING four bedroom apartment that we're looking to fill by 4/1 at the latest (mid-March also available). The apartment is located in the heart of North Beach. The room is huge (fits a queen bed, desk, dressers, etc.) and has ample closet space. The apartment has two living rooms - one smaller "library" room, and one large family living room, and is fully furnished except for the open bedroom. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances & dishwasher, and there is lots of shared storage & pantry space. Bonus: there is a washer/dryer in the unit too Utilities & cable/internet usually run about $100 each per month, plus $50 a month each for a cleaner 2x a month. We're looking to find a young working professional in their mid to late 20's/early 30's who is clean, kind, and respectful (doesn't bring the party home). We all love to travel, attend concerts, work out, eat, and explore the city. We love to have a glass of wine and watch tv together (currently obsessed with This Is Us & The Bachelor), but also have our own social groups & do our own things on the weekend.
