Gas fireplace, bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, heated bathroom floors. A wall-mounted heating/cooling unit with electronic control will keep you at the perfect temperature and each unit has its own washer/dryer. Entry to the loft is by an electronic keypad lock, a Ring doorbell is installed, and a private locking mailbox for longer term stays. Located close to downtown Bristol on the Greenway walking trail. Convenient to area hospitals and perfect for the traveling professional or those in transistion. Lofts are fully furnished and include all utilities. Short and long term options available. Pets are determined on a case by case basis. Overnight guests cannot exceed one. Quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am. This is a no smoking property, $1000 fine for smoking onsite. Pest control is provided bi-monthly and tenant must allow access for this service. Monthly cleaning service provided. Guests are allowed access to patio area when not in use for venue event. Two parking spaces are provided for each loft. All units are fully furnished, furniture and furniture not be moved or placed ouside on dock area, Rental includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, internet and weekly trash pick up.
