It has carpet in the bedrooms. The rest of the floors are concrete. The master bath has a walk in shower. The second bath has a tub with shower. Owner pays for garbage pick up and water. Tenant pays for gas and electric. We prefer no smokimg, vaping or drugs. Tenant maintains their own back yard.
