This is a spacious single bedroom, single bathroom unit in an old but well maintained triplex near Ravenna Park. Tenant pays gas (the bill for June was about $25). Internet is currently being shared among four people including myself, at about $14 per month per person. The unit is well lit and located very close to the 45/71/373 bus line. The carpet is new as of 6 months ago and in good condition. There is a small backyard and a basement with lots of storage space. The living room has a nice view out to the park and gets lots of light from two large windows. Laundry is coin-op and in the basement. Only street parking is available, but there is virtually always a spot in front of the house if you get a zone 10 pass. Free, unzoned parking can also usually be found across the street.
