The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the patio. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds, TVs and a work space. The guests will have full access to the entire house. We will follow the guest's lead. We are living in the area and can be available for assistance if required. The neighborhood is a mix of young families and retirees. It is the perfect location for getting to the beach, downtown or world class golfing at TPC Prestancia A car is needed as the location is not close to public transportation. Owner pays for utilities. The last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed in the building. Small pets up to 40 pounds are permitted. This is a mid-term rental. The lease is for 30 to 90 day and is extendable.
