Located a few miles south of Republic in the village of Ralph. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, snow and ice removal. Pet policy: Pets are on a case by case basis but our insurance company will not permit pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, chows or any other breed or dog known for or showing violent tenancies. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must meet the animal first and see the current condition it's being kept in. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee of $200 (or greater) would be required
