Room for rent in a great 3 Br 2 Ba (you will be sharing a bathroom), 2500 sq ft, Sherman Oaks Apartment/Condo available November 1st or sooner. Prime location, granite counter tops, new wood flooring and fresh paint through out, customs made cabinets, recess lighting and central air conditioning, in unit washer/dryer. There are four units in the building and we will be on the bottom floor. There is gated parking available in the back as well as plenty of street parking. We are both professionals in the LA area and are pretty well rounded, and are looking for the same. You will be joining 2 bachelors- myself (27, m), and my roommate (27, m) in the house. This is my friends old apartment/condo so we will have first opportunity to get into the apartment/condo (already agreed to by the landlord, once we pass credit check). - We would like to meet you so please email me ASAP so that we can set up a meeting. Roommate must be prompt on payments, again, will need to pass the credit check with the leasing office, no live in boyfriends/girlfriends, but guests okay. It will be a one year lease from early November on. Utilities are not included, but will probably be no more than $80/month each depending (including Internet, we would prefer to not have cable tv...). The home is walking distance to Starbucks, Ralphs, Chase, etc. Unfortunately, we do not currently live there so there's no guarantee that we can see the unit before hand, but I do have pictures of the room, bathroom and living room.
