Minutes from University of Houston and Medical centers. This area is in transition and multiple homes being remolded or being built. I am looking for a responsible tenant who has proof of income and a decent credit score along with references. No pets . I will have a month to month rental agreement although I hoping to have a long term responsible tenant. Landscaping will be covered by the renter.
