The apartment is on the top floor (which is the third floor) and is very close to the lake as well as Clark St in Andersonville. The apartment also has a back and front porch, free street parking, big bedroom closet and big utility/pantry closet. There is a radiator and fan in every room. Bathroom and kitchen renovated. Bay windows in the living room. Great space for one or two people. Application fee is $65. Owners pay for water and garbage, tenant will pay for gas, electric, and internet.
