I'm a low maintenance landlord looking for a low maintenance tenant. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and property upkeep. Landlord pays for big things like roof, major electrical or plumbing, flooring, A/C, etc. Tenant pays for small maintenance while living there. The only way to contact property owner is through Zillow. Do not attempt to call. Dogs are allowed. No smoking inside. Tenant Responsible for all Utilities. Lease length is negotiable. Property is getting a few minor repairs and paint. Will be ready soon.
