Pros. Nice house for rent 16 minutes from downtown Nashville Tn. It's a 3/1 but the bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub is the same size as a standard bathtub. It has a large master bedroom with a large his/hers closet. It also has a deck a fire pita small metal garage and a fenced backyard. Cons. It's right on Clarksville Pike so you must contend with traffic when entering or exiting the driveway. Income Requirement: A minimum income of three times the rent or 3900.00 per month is required. Application: We accept the standard Zillow application but we also require contact information your employer and the your current landlord. Tenant pays for electric, water and whatever internet/cable they want. There is no gas. Tenant responsible for taking out trash to nearest convenience center. Tenant is also responsible for yard maintenance.
