Hi, My name's Zach (32M) Looking to fill a room in my 2BD 2B Apartment on the 5600 block of Franklin Ave. Old roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and I'm looking to fill the space by Dec 1st 2024. I work in the film industry and travel a lot from work so I'm usually either out of town or keep a low profile. About the Apt: The entire second floor apartment is approximately 1100 SQ ft. Has Central Air and Heat. Hardwood Floors throughout. Laundry in unit, so no more quarters or crappy laundry apps. Full sized kitchen with dishwasher. Private gated parking spot (not tandem). Second floor outdoor patio space. The bedroom for rent has its own private bathroom with shower and is situated on the opposite side of the apartment from my room so no shared walls ect. Pets are welcome as long as they're well trained and don't cause any issues (pet deposit may apply). The bedroom unfortunately does not have a closet, but there is a large walk in in the living room that we've dedicated for that bedroom specifically to make up for it. The quadplex apartment building is in a great location. Walking distance to Lazy Acres and Gelsons grocery stores, coffee shops ect. Short hike to Griffith Observatory and Los Feliz and quick access to the 101 Freeway. Been living here for two years and have found the neighborhood to be very friendly and walkable.
