You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking. Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English. Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.
