My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment because we bought a house- we're looking for someone to take over our lease. The apartment will be available for move in June 15th. You will still be required to apply through the communities standard application process (background check etc). However, your lease length will be very short. The lease length goes until September 27th. They are open to working with those moving from out of state. This place is perfect for someone just arriving to Columbus. We love the apartment and the community, and wouldn't move for any other reason. It's on one level (no upstairs neighbors), has a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, walk in closet, built in computer desk, pantry, garbage disposal, built in microwave, freezer with ice maker, and is pet friendly. Parking is free and right outside our front door. "The Barn" is in walking distance (dinner, drinks, live music).
