It contains paneling and some electrical work is required, along with some drywall or paneling updates as a few walls remain unfinished as a result of partially completed work. The large family area has refinished hardwood flooring but the remaining wood floor areas up stairs require refinishing or carpet, your choice. Very large completely enclosed porch area with covered grilling deck. It's dated but excellent possibilities. No doubt there is work to be done on this home but much of the expensive remodels are done and it's more in the area of general wall/ceiling finishing that is really needed to make this a stellar dwelling. The yard need landscaping as well.
