Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions for guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
