There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance such as Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Home Goods, Five Guys, Urban Plates, Bed Bath and Beyond, Barnes & Noble, TJ Max, etc... A 5-10 min drive will get you to stores like Walmart, Smart & Final, Trader Joes, In N Out, Chick-fil-A, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement and more. There is a 2 car garage and street parking is available outside as well. Washer and Dryer available in the unit. Small dogs are ok, but they do not allow dogs over 30 pounds in this community. Looking for a long-term renter - preferably 12 months, but might be flexible depending on your situation. Ideal move-in date for the whole place is February 1st, but there might be an opportunity to move into 2 of the bedrooms starting January 15th if you want to do it that way.
