Private entry with small grassy yard. Clean and well maintained with full size fridge and range/oven in the kitchen. Queen Bed. Sectional sofa. Lots of windows let in lots of light but can easily be blacked out with fabric blinds. A/C in bedroom. One parking spot included. Access to full size washer/dryer. Back yard pool is shared with homeowner who lives in main house. We have friendly pets, a small dog and 2 cats who stay in our back yard and do not access the cottage areas. Minimum 6 month lease
