The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig one cup, dinnerware, bakeware and cookware. Bath and bedroom are also fully equipped and include quality bed linens and towels. There is a small in-unit washer/dryer for light loads and an on-premises launderette for those heavier loads. Welcome basket, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies allow our guests time to settle in without worry. Weekly cleaning service is available for a nominal fee ($35). The rooms are large and well lit adding an airy feel to the space. There is plenty of room for entertaining and the 4 place dining room table opens to accommodate an additional 4 people. Large front windows span wall-to-wall to allow for lots of natural light, and the storm door has a retractable screen to allow a nice breeze to flow through, front to back. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with a few stores (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, gas, etc.) within walking distance. Beautiful beaches, lively downtown area, and plenty of shopping! Centrally located in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, midway between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. Highly sought-after area! Property is monitored by security cameras. Guests viewing the property must be accompanied by the owner.
