Long-Term Rentals: For stays exceeding 30 nights, a lease agreement and security deposit are required. Rent $6,500 per month, including utilities, landscaping, and snow removal. Leases shorter than 12 months will be considered, rates to adjust accordingly as $6500/month is for 12 month terms only. Dogs to be considered with homeowner approval.
