Stylish gas fireplace in the living room and central heat with air conditioning. Very well insulated with energy bills not exceeding $150 a month. It is fully furnished with modern European-style decor and perfect for singles or a young family. The townhouse is located in Harvestview community in a very peaceful area of Northwest Rochester. Great communication with public bus transportation to downtown (2 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min. ride downtown, free RPT bus passes for Mayo employees). Quick access to the Douglas Trail (1 min. walk - visible from all windows!), with multiple lakes, parks and walking paths around. Desnowing, lawncare and garbage removal are all included in the HOA. No smoking. No pets. Our neighbors rent at $1700 so we are not looking to make a profit but find someone trustworthy to take care of the house.
