Basement: semi finished with toilet. currently used as an entertainment room. Current tenants stayed for 8 years, and just got an offer accepted on a house so will be moving out around April 6th. Rent includes no bills. Heat, water, yard maintenance is all the tenant's responsibility. We are undecided at this point weather we will renting long term or short term.
