I have one fully furnished room with a queen size memory foam bed available & ready to move in for $1,050 per month. All utilities (water, garbage, electricity, gas) are included in your monthly price. Yes the house has *Central Air Conditioning*. Wifi (900 Mbps) is also included. The house is roughly 2,000 sqft with lots of amenities.. There is a workout room available with weights, laundry room and spacious living room with a gas furnace. Backyard & side yard with BBQ grill. Large open floor plan kitchen/dining area with an island. There is another tenant/roomate so the restroom (shower) would be shared, but there is also anther half bath downstairs so there shouldn't be any issues. Things to know about me: I am 28, male, with no pets. I have a weird schedule and work different hours of the day/week. My girlfriend hangs out on my days off and my other roommate usually keeps to themselves and occasionally joins in on a movie night. I like to socialize and have a good time but also like to stay in, clean, cook, and organize. I'm friendly and easy going so don't hesitate if you think you'd be a good fit.
