This is a 6-month minimum sublease. The unit is a beautiful one bedroom in North Williamsburg. It is a 30 second walk to McCarren Park, 5 minute walk to the L and G. It is directly across the street from Lilia, a quiet neighborhood but also very close to everything Williamsburg has to offer. The building is very well taken care of, is equipped with two elevators, a gym, a pool, and two rooftop terraces. The space is fully furnished, including all kitchen essentials, bedding, and bathroom essentials. The unit has sprawling windows, fantastic natural light, is clean and well-maintained, and features plants and herbs that line the window sill (can be removed if preferred). Subletter will need to sign a sublease agreement with us and the building and provide a security deposit. We are looking for a minimum of a 6-month stay, and are flexible beyond that. We are also flexible with starting date, but are aiming to sublease the unit around mid-August.
