I have lived in Saddle Oak Community for 6 1/2 years and have met a lot of great folks here. Most of the time you meet them at the pool or a community get together , such as a dance or an event. When I moved here there were no trees in my yard but as time has gone on a tree here and there are now apart of this charming home along with all the little touches I have added through the years. It a very open space and every person that has entered it has said how much they love it and how big it appears. Large kitchen with eat in space, 2 porches, one on front and one on back which is one of my favorite quiet spots, washer and dryer and water heater are off the front porch, a nice shed/ garage space. this home has a TPO roof that is guaranteed for 50 yrs..TPO is one of those white rubber membrane roofs. I purchased Aug of 2019, it has been a fantastic roof and helps keep the electric down since is reflects the hot fl sun. All vinyl flooring except front bedroom, windows were installed in 2019, new counter top as well as a farm sink about 2022. There is an in ground sprinkler system. You must be 55plus to live in here and it is gated in the evening after 6 pm. The current lot rent varies per lot but mine is $715.00, you pay for your own utilities. Lot rent includes club house and pool, they also have bingo and quilting and other activities. Great home for all year around or for that snow bird family. Come check out this community and my sweet home. Im moving to Leesburg and is the main reason for finally selling. If you want to see the rest you have to schedule an appt.
