Full kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 burner cooktop with oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and more. This beautiful condo, bright and spacious, overlooks Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72. On Weekends in the summer there's live music and a fire pit with smores for a great family or romantic experience. This property is available from November 15th 2020 until the end of April 2021. Includes all utilities. Monthly 1hr housekeeping clean is mandatory - $75 fee.
