I moved here due to my job being in Hilliard but unfortunately could not get out of my lease in New Albany, which I am now paying 2 leases. Therefore, it is a 2 bedroom apartment w/ stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fridge w/ ice maker, washer/dryer included, 3rd floor balcony, and a ton of accommodations for being an Edwards Community member (gym access, pet spa access, etc.)..The rent per month is $1,206.60 and I am in immediate need of a Sublet if anyone would love to live in this place! No down payment and/or deposit in which you would take mine in exchange. Please message me if you are interested! I am willing to negotiate a price on the rent too (like $100 off or so!) Tenant is responsible for Electric/Water.
