We are looking for tenants that will take pride in renting it. The house is conveniently located on the east end of downtown Nisswa, is just a few blocks from the elementary school and centrally located near many lakes including the Gull Lake chain. This house is not furnished and the bedrooms do not have the shelving as indicated in the pictures. Please read the lease summary regarding pets. First month and security/damage deposit/pet deposit is required upon signing the lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash, sewer and lawn maintenance/snow removal. This house has well water. The house has A/C and natural gas for heat/cooking. Renters insurance is required. Regarding dogs, with approval there will be a non-refundable $500 deposit for one small dog under 25lbs. Cats may be considered with a refundable damage deposit of $500 per cat upon approval and male cats must be fixed and do not spray. If approved you may have two cats or one small dog and one cat. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house but is allowed in the garage. Smoking or vaping inside the house is an automatic forfeiture of security/damage deposit with immediate termination of the lease and eviction procedures will take place.
