I have two private rooms each with their own private bathroom available separately for rent. They both have lots of natural light and blackout curtains. This is in a new build townhouse, and everything is updated and clean. I live there also, and there is a fourth bedroom with a Murphy bed for weekend visitors/yoga/misc. The kitchen and living room area is spacious and shared, and there is an attached garage with an extra space. There is also a rooftop patio with views of the mountains, a fire pit and seating area. There is also a porch with a grill off the kitchen that has views of the mountains. There is a park trail just a few steps from the front door, Van Bibber Park. Prefer non-smoking, no pets. I'm okay with overnight visitors but do not want the same person over more than once a week (I don't want your partner also living here). Lease length can be flexible but I prefer a 3 month minimum.
