This is a cool neighborhood with hundreds services within walking distance. You really don't even need a car. The attic is finished and insulated. I use the attic as my office every day. This gives me 200 sq ft to work in, plus there is storage space too. The backyard is rather large with tall trees with some shrubs around the edges.
