Welcome home! This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Due to the home being on the market for an extended period of time, the owner has recently (April 2020) had the home freshly painted throughout the interior as well as new flooring in the living room and hallway. The bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets have also been updated. This is an all brick home sitting on a corner lot, just shy of a 1/4 acre with a pond view. The yard is beautifully landscaped and you can enjoy your morning coffee out on your screened back porch. Covington Lake is conveniently located in the Carolina Forest section of Myrtle Beach near all shopping, schools, doctors and only a short ride to the beach.
