Lease takeover for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place. Has been a great place, but moving because I purchased a home. Lease expires August 21, 2021. Dogs allowed upon approval and additional pet deposit. Tenant Qualifications: minimum 650 credit score, verifiable source of income, affordability requirements for rent amount, verifiable residence history and verification of at least the last 2 years, including verifiable housing payment history. Satisfactory background search. A dog may be considered if an applicant meets all of the criteria for approval. The dog must not be considered a vicious breed, have not been aggressive or bitten anyone, must have a clean reference for the dog from previous housing provider. No dogs less than 2 years old. Additional pet deposit of $250 is required if the dog is approved. When a tenant is approved they are required and must be able to pay the deposit amount immediately.
