The space is located within a 3 min walk to Beverly Library / Beverly Common / Montserrat College of Art campus, 5 min walk to Cabot Street, 8 min walk to Dane Street Beach (lovely public beach with new playground), less than a mile from both the Beverly Depot and Montserrat Commuter Rail stations, and within a 15 min drive to almost anything else you could want to do/see/buy. - Street parking in front of the house for 2+ cars (no permit necessary, rarely taken by other vehicles). - Snow emergency parking just one block away (overnight guest parking always available there too). - The home was built before 1978, so a lead paint notification must be signed. No children under 6 and no pets preferred (friendly/well-trained cat or small dog could be considered). - Absolutely no smoking, no drugs, and no partying. No loud gatherings after 10pm. - Tenant responsible for gas heat & electricity (currently ~ $100/month with 3 girls there). - First month and security deposit to move in.
