I am a friendly easy going retired lady with a home and two cats. I have decided since my children are grown and left home it's time to rent out my extra bedrooms. This is open to female students and female professionals. In my family home, I am looking for quiet, clean, respectful females. I will be putting my home up for sale so month to month will be the preferred lease. It is a great option if you just need a room for a short term lease, it would be in a month to month basis, no deposit just first months rent, or ride it out until I sell which could take a long time. I would definitely give you 30 to 60 days notice to find another accomodation. All the bedrooms come fully furnished and the other areas of the house are common areas. There is a big kitchen a beautiful backyard which has a pool and BBQ. Great place to study or unwind after a long day. I have onsite laundry, and all utilities and hi speed unlimited wifi are included in the prices listed below. Sorry no couples, non smoking home and no pets. You are responsible for your own food, cooking and cleaning up after yourself would be so appreciated. My house is situated by Woodroffe Ave, which is only a 5-7 min bus ride to Algonquin College (baseline station). If you are a full-time student at AC, your bus pass is provided to you.
