This 3,300 square foot waterfront home on the north shore of Lake Chelan is available at this price for a maximum party of 6 people (this includes adults, children and infants). Pets considered and approved on a case-by-case basis and a pet fee WILL apply. NOTE: correct number of guests and any pets approved must be agreed to at time of booking. Forty foot great room with surround sound and WiFi, two separate sitting areas each with large flat screen TVs (one is 75" 8K) both of which are connected to satellite TV with HBO. Wood burning fireplace. Formal dining for ten. Half-bathroom off great room. Large designer kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances this fully equipped kitchen also has two dishwashers. Large gas grill on patio off kitchen. Utility area off kitchen has one full-sized washer and two full-sized dryers. Main/great room level has radiant heat. Three master suites, all with baseboard electric heat: Grand Master has a king-sized bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet, and furnished balcony overlooking lake. The two other master suites each have king-sized beds, two of which have sofas that fold out into queen-sized beds. Each of these three master suites has it's own en suite bathroom. The bedroom on the second level has a balcony overlooking the lake furnished with two outdoor chairs. The master suite on the main living level has French doors that open onto a patio overlooking the lake. All three master suites have TVs for guests to bring their game machines and games, DVR players and dvds. The bonus room also a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, storage and French doors opening to a patio overlooking Lake Chelan. It has electric baseboard heat and a TV that is not connected to DishTV, but is there for renters to bring their own dvd players and movies, and game machines and games. Patio off great room has informal outdoor dining (see photos). Another patio overlooks large L-shaped dock, which provides moorage for two boats. A buoy 20' from dock available for additional moorage. Parking for 3 cars (and you might be able to fit in a boat trailer too). Public launch at nearby Old Mill Park. Guests enter on the third level, where entryway and a bedroom suite are located. Descend to second level where the other two master suites are located and then descend final flight to reach great room and bonus room. Due to the many stairs in this home, it is not a good choice for renters with ambulatory difficulties. Parking for 3 - 4 cars, depending on sizes of vehicles. Maximum residents is set at six (6) and this number includes children. Renter pays all utilities (approximately $400 per month). Pets considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved a pet fee will apply. Copy of lease provided upon request.
